Live Sessions

Length – 50 minutes to 1 hour
Cost – $150

Interested in a One-Brain™ session? Great! We would love to meet you. One-Brain sessions are conducted in person, online or over the phone. When sessions are conducted in person, the first session includes a brief overview of the One-Brain™ method and answers any questions you may have. We will spend 10-15 minutes talking about any current challenges or limitations you are facing. We will also talk about stressors and health issues. Once you have covered your present situation, we will move on to training your body using the One-Brain™ technique. In this method, “body” refers to your Whole Self including your mental body, physical body, emotional body, essential body and X-factor. Gentle pressure is placed just above your wrists allowing your muscles to indicate your body’s response.

During the entire session, you will have your eyes open, breathe naturally and relax.

After training your body how to respond, bio-feedback from your body will gently guide the session and leave you with the freedom to choose new behaviors or actions.

Phone or Skype Sessions

Length – 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes
Cost – $150

When sessions are conducted by phone or Skype, the first session includes a brief overview of the One-Brain™ method and answers any questions you may have. We will spend 10-15 minutes talking about any current challenges or limitations you are facing. We will also talk about stressors and health issues.

Once you have covered your present situation, Sara will begin the muscle testing by using the energy connection (phone or skype) and her body as a surrogate for your body. When she says ‘body’, she is referring to your Whole Self – Mental body, Physical body, Emotional body, Essential body, and X-Factor body or Energy Field. This form of testing was not taught by her One-Brain™ instruction. She discovered it when a friend was in crisis and asking for assistance from another location. She has since read about using the ‘sway method’ in various books including The Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. The friend was delighted with the results and after doing numerous practice distance sessions Sara began offering this as an option.

Most first time clients find that a series of five sessions is optimum, however you will notice results with just one session.

Whether ‘In Person’ or ‘By Phone or Skype’ clients have experienced amazing results. Sara has many clients she’s never met in person, yet they continue to call for sessions and refer their friends and family.
